The Financial Analyst shall provide assistance to the cost and control analysis manager in preparing relevant reports through data collection and analysis, for use by Management and other stakeholders. Other responsibilities are as follows:
- Review business case for new store openings.
- Prepare stores performance report.
- Monitor and analyze stores' performance.
- Develop and maintain stores performance database.
- Ensure stores' value.
- Perform other financial analyses that may be assigned by the Cost and Control Analysis Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or a Professional degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or its equivalent.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
