Job Description

  • Maintain the accuracy of customer records in the system (data encoding, modifications).
  • Deal directly with customers either by phone or by electronic means
  • Proficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and queries particularly associated with products and services
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information in handling inquiries and complaints
  • Verify and update the customers’ database periodically
  • Provide relevant information to our valued customers through e-mails and SMS regarding the new offered products, and other additional privileges
  • Develop new systems, procedures or working practices in improving customer service efficiency
  • Understands the technical aspects of product (specifically about medicines) and customer service processes
  • Gather customer insights based on their support and product experience
  • Work with other concerned department/s and person/s when necessary, to resolve the customer's concerns
  • Prepare reports and conversation with customers
  • Provide root-cause analysis and recommendations to improve the support processes in resolving complaints

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • College graduate of any medical course
  • Able to:
    • give instructions clear and concise
    • manage irate callers
    • exercise diplomacy
    • deliberate or discuss medical matters into layman’s terms
    • communicate effectively with a wide range of people calmly and pleasantly
