HR Recruitment Assistant - Parañaque  

1. Sourcing of applicants, both from internal and external

2. Administration, Scoring and Interpretation of Psychological tests.

3. Make initial screening of applicants’ qualifications for the required positions

4. Conduct initial interviews for both Head Office and Store based positions

5. Do proper coordination with franchisees regarding schedule and timings for provincial recruitment process

6. Conduct of applicant screening process for provincial franchise store locations

7. Arrange for interview schedules with franchisees and department heads

8. Conduct character and background checks

9. Coordinate with the preferred clinic the results of the medical exam of the employment applicants

10. Conduct orientation and job induction

11. Coordinate and check proper submission of requirements by prospective employees

12. Prepare and compile 201 file of new employees

13. Coordinate and prepare the following requirements for trainees and newly hired employees: uniform, ID, ATM form and others

14. Maintains and updates the 201 files and employee list

15. Assists in the preparation of HR reports such as Staffing, Plantilla, Manpower Headcount, Attrition Report, and other reports related to functions as required by the management

16. Assists in the conduct of orientation for franchisees in relation to staffing and training procedures

17. Provide support to other HR functions and activities whenever required and when urgently needed

Performs other HR functions as required by the department head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided

• Bachelor`s Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology
• 1 or 2 years recruitment experience
• Required skill(s): strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills.
• Applicants must willing to work in Cervantes Compound Parañaque City
