- Personally directs all inquiries to the right department or person.
- Ensures that all incoming correspondences are received by the correct addressee as soon as possible.
- Handles incoming and outgoing telephone calls and relays important messages to the right person.
- Receives visitors and directs them to correct individual or department.
- Keeps abreast on the daily happenings, project updates and activities of the company to properly direct calls/visitors.
- Maintains orderliness of the reception area.
- Monitors inquiries and locations for possible franchise transactions.
- Performs other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduates are also welcome to apply.
- 1-2 years relevant experience in employee relations.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Pleasing personality.
