Job Description
- Source applicants, both from internal and external.
- Do administration, scoring, and interpretation of Psychological tests.
- Make initial screening of applicants’ qualifications for the required positions.
- Conduct initial interviews for both Head Office and Store based positions.
- Do proper coordination with franchisees regarding schedule and timings for provincial recruitment process.
- Conduct applicant screening process for provincial franchise store locations.
- Arrange interview schedules with franchisees and Department Heads.
- Conduct character and background checks.
- Coordinate with the preferred clinic the results of the medical exam of the employment applicants.
- Conduct orientation and job induction.
- Coordinate and check proper submission of requirements by prospective employees.
- Prepare and compile 201 file of new employees.
- Coordinate and prepare the following requirements for trainees and newly hired employees:
- Uniform
- ID
- ATM form, etc.
- Maintain and update the 201 files and employee list.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports such as Staffing, Plantilla, Manpower Headcount, Attrition Report, and other reports related to functions as required by the management.
- Assist in the conduct of orientation for franchisees in relation to staffing and training procedures.
- Provide support to other HR functions and activities whenever required and when urgently needed.
- Perform other HR functions as required by the Department Head and/or superior only after the appropriate training has been provided.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor`s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
- 1 year recruitment experience.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
- A high degree of flexibility.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple complex projects, as well as to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
