- Preparation of documents for FDA application of Change ownership (CO), Change Location (CL)
- Coordination to Franchisee required docs for LTO amendments
- Monitoring of the FDA application of CO and CL (application to release of LTO)
- Preparation of Letters for CO and CL application to FDA
- Processing of Change PH Notification to FDA
- Maintains all regulatory affairs documentation
- Monitor replenishment of pharmaceutical supplies for existing stores
- Maintains records of pharmaceutical supplies replenishment for accounting purposes Request/Monitor technical documents such as:
- CPR
- CGMP certificate
- Other cert. attesting quality of carried items
- Perform other tasks related to compliance to FDA rules and regulations and assigned by immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Medical Technology or other medical related courses
- Preferrably with Laboratory & Diagnostic Experience
- Licensed as a Medical Technologist is an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
