Job Description
The Purchasing Officer will be handling the recruitment, management, and client servicing of Company Suppliers and Partners. This includes but are not limited to the ff.:
- Sourcing of new suppliers who fits the company's requirements in terms of quality, service, and cost
- Management of current supplier roster addressing any concerns of the suppliers that need to be addressed
- Preparation of Purchasing Documents such as Purchase Requests and Orders
- Oversees delivery of purchased items and maintains and checks satisfactory inventory levels
- Acts as main liaison between suppliers and the company
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in a related field is ideal, but not required
- Preferably Single
- College Graduate
- Proficient in both English and Filipino
- Knowledgeable in MS Office - Word and Excel
- Willing to work in Quezon City
