Finance and Admin Manager  

Technical Accounting and Consolidation

1. Ensures that transactions are recorded in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards.
2. Performs Consolidation Procedures and ensures that intercompany transactions are correctly accounted for and eliminated.
3. Coordinates with the investee companies for the timely submission of financial reports
4. Reviews financial statements of investee companies and ensures compliance with PFRS/IFRS.
5. Ensures accurate and timely submission of one-line and full-line consolidation packages to AC.

Financial Analyses and Financial Reporting

1. Performs financial analysis and prepares the company’s yearly budget and forward plans.
2. Prepares management reports that include variance analyses and analyses of significant transactions.
3. Analyzes records of past and present operations, trends and costs, administrative commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses.
4. Assists in the implementation/execution of various projects that may be required of the company.

Treasury and Cash Management

1. Performs budgetary control and credit control.
2. Plans for and coordinates with AC Treasury on the funding requirements of the Company.
3. Ensures that obligations to vendors and suppliers are met on an efficient and effective manner.

Tax, Regulatory and Legal Compliance

1. Ensures that the Company complies with the filing and reportorial requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
2. Coordinates with Ayala Group Legal Team to ensure that transactions are supported by corporate and legal documents.

Management of Audits

1. Deals with both external auditors and internal auditors and leads the resolution of audit issues.
2. Monitors completion of audits of the investee companies and ensures that audited financial statements of the Company reflects the audited balances of the investee companies.

Asset Management

1. Monitors the Company’s assets.
2. Ensures that all personal expenses incurred by employees are charged to and collected from the employees (e. g., personal phone calls, personal trips, unliquidated cash advances, etc.)

Risk Management

1. Ensures that internal control measures governing finance and administrative functions are being followed.
2. Evaluates accounting systems and procedures and recommends improvements
3. Implements various control procedures and policies developed by the Company

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant
• 6+ years in accounting or audit or financial reporting or financial analysis work

Competencies:

• Professional/Technical Knowledge
• Strong Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)and Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS)
• Has experience in consolidation and equity accounting
• Has Audit Experience or Financial Reporting Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft excel, powerpoint and word applications
• Comprehensive understanding of business reporting activities and processes
