Compensation and Benefits | Payroll Specialist  

Payroll / Compensation & Benefits:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll for all employees.
• Maintain records of Attendance, Leave, Absences and Tardiness.
• Ensure proper tax are being withheld in compensation.
• Facilitate administration of employee benefits such as government mandated benefits and HMO.
• Maintain own record of Alphalist to coincide with an external accountant.
• Assist employees in all benefit related concerns.

Human Resources:

• Maintain and update the employee master list.
• Keep track on the status of probationary employees.

Administrative:

• Validate and prepare checks to all billings/statement of accounts to be paid.
• Prepare monthly payables to government local units such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF and BIR.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or in any 4-year course
• At least 3-4 years experience in Human Resources preferably gained from multinational service-oriented companies
• Above average business writing and oral communication skills
• Conversant in Philippine Labor Laws
• Knowledge of principles and procedures for compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, project management and time-management skills
• Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships across different functions and levels in a matrixed environment, and develop new networks as appropriate
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and use of email
