• Responsible for real time adherence and queue management for business operations and monitoring and managing site activities to support service level agreements
• Ensure that scheduled team login/logout on time
• Manage and control non-adherence to schedules
• Prepare required real time reporting requirement deliverables via service menus
• Identify and process schedule exceptions including minimum length, approval, data entry and tracking
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2nd year bachelors degree undergraduate (any course)
- Must have 1 year experience in workforce management or real time analysis in the BPO or call center industry
- Demonstrated ability to create and analyze quality reports
- Advanced knowledge in real time management analysis with strong decision making skills
- Intermediate knowledge in performing root cause analysis.
- Highly proficient in using MS Excel
- Willing to work onsite
