Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Attend to posting and maintaining records of product items consigned to clients.
- Consolidate reports of consigned items sold items at each client/store or branch.
- Check for discrepancies between the consolidated sales reports submitted by Promodisers and the sales of consigned items as posted.
- Report discrepancies to those concerned for resolution
- Maintain files of SI and delivery receipts of consigned items sold.
- Prepare a monthly report of Sales of Consigned items sold per client store/branch.
- Prepare monthly report of Consigned items delivered to each client store/branch.
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
