Graphics and Web designer  

• Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Access Healthcare’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Responsible to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the company’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and other collaterals.
• Creation of design solutions from concept to completion in a wide range of graphic applications.
• Ability to translate complex information/analytics to simple Infographic or other allied easy ways to communicate visually.
• Ability to conceptualize, transform/develop graphics/ graphic elements into visually appealing forms.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments; adhering to the defined quality and project management approach and delivering on time.
• Collaborate with the offshore and onshore teams, from understanding of an expectation, execution to delivery.
• Must have a good understanding of branding and related concepts.
• Establishing the brand image of Access Healthcare by streamlining all printed and online literature and ensuring uniformity of communication and usage of trademark and logo and adherence to brand guidelines
• Need to create the creative e-mailers design and html

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Communication but any graduate with any specialization can apply.
• Minimum 6+ years’ work experience as Content/Web design.
• Good problem solving, writing, and administrative skills are a must.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Software knowledge:

• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically, advanced level of work experience in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Notepad++, Illustrator, Primer pro, after effects and flash.
• Experience of working with MS Office Suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint presentations) would be a plus.
• Experience of working with HTML5, CSS, CSS3 and basic JQUERY and responsive CSS any html frame work (bootstrap, skeleton etc).
• Experience in understanding the HTLM design compatibility in different browsers and OS.
