SAP HR Consultant

Your Role

• Currently we are looking for Functional/Technical SAP HR Consultants.
• The aim is to reinforce the Belgian Shared Services of Accenture with SAP HR resources.
• Accenture's SAP HCMS professionals are active in leading companies, providing SAP expertise in the HCMS domain.

Your Responsibilities

Typical roles will involve working within a team to perform some or all of the following:

• Play a key role in the maintenance of a SAP application
• Customize and Develop the SAP-system in a project team, supported by experts;
• Interact with an offshore delivery team
• Participate in workshops and design of SAP HCM solutions taking into account the business and technical requirements;
• Assist the client in the definition of business requirements and the corresponding functional analysis;
• Coach or lead different tracks or project teams, taking on more responsibility as you grow in your career.

• 2 to 5 years of working experience in the field of SAP HR Solutions (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, CATS, LSO, OSA, ECM, Portal ESS/MSS/XSS …) emphasis on OM/PA and Talent.
• Master or Bachelor degree
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch/French
• Readiness to travel in Belgium and potentially abroad
• At least 2 years of SAP HR maintenance experience
• Assess and implement Change Requests, Defects, Analyze and develop for releases

Functional and Technical Skills/Experience:

• Good knowledge of Configuration and HR concepts in SAP HCM
• Able to write Functional/Technical Design;
• Workflow knowledge is a plus;
• ABAP and Payroll experience
