Job Description
- Welcome customers and act as first offline experience touch point.
- Act as first online experience touch point on social media pages.
- Directly engage with the Acceler8 community as needed (e.g., respond to emails, social media inquiries).
- Answer phone and relay the information to their corresponding assistant.
- Monitor visitors in the reception area.
- Plan and execute community events.
- Assist with various assigned tasks as they arise.

- Identify customers' needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Quick to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to extend and assist other team members
