Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including Facebook ADS.
2. Coordinate with the Marketing Design to create advertising materials
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels.
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance of campaigns based on the insights.
5. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
6. Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms
7. Continued audience research + persona planning + discovery of current trends
8. Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
Minimum Qualifications
URGENT HIRING!
1. At least 6 months experience in paid acquisition campaigns using Facebook Business Manager
2. Familiarity with both paid and organic acquisition strategies
3. Working knowledge of ad serving tools
4. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
6. Organized + Ambitious, with a strong dedication to accuracy and follow-through
