Job Description
- This opening is for AC Health's subsidiary - Zapfam Inc. pharmacy franchising business
- Attends to the needs and queries of customers regarding generic medicines and other items for sale
- Responsible for cashiering, monitoring, dispensing of drugs, stocks and other items and maintains orderliness of the assigned store
- Entertain customers’ queries and dispense drugs and other items for sale in the store to customers in professional, quick and friendly manner
- Take note of customer suggestions or complaints and report to superior to allow corrective action
- Remove from stocks all medication that are expired or phased out
- Maintain and control inventory of stocks as per instructions
- Carry out promotional functions like flyering, doing tie-ups with health care personnel, help in sourcing of socio-civic organization for possible source of sales.
- Perform such other related duties as superiors may assign
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree, Nursing, Pharmacy/ Pharmacology, Medical Science or equivalent.
- Non Medical Science course should have at least 6 months retail/drugstore experience and cashiering skills
- Excellent in communication and customer service skills
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in Cavite
