Job Description
Human Resources
- Assists with the end-to-end talent acquisition activities
- Builds and maintains relationship with recruitment partners to establish a good network for sourcing requirements
- Coordinates, organizes and implements key company activities
- Facilitates the proper administration of company and government benefits
- Coordinates learning/training programs
Office Administration
- Responsible for receiving all visitors and guests
- Handles all incoming and outgoing correspondences/ documents including confidential matters and facilitates the proper transmittal of documents for distribution internal and external
- Responsible for monitoring and ensuring availability of office supplies and equipment
- Ensures the general housekeeping of the office
- Timely and accurate payment to vendors
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements including visa processing, flight bookings, accommodation and transportation service
- Manage and maintain an efficient electronic and hard copy document management system
- Liaison with building admin requirements/communications
Purchasing
- Handles procurement. Reviews and evaluates the purchasing requirements to ensure completeness with the established specifications and standard.
- Processes suppliers’ accreditation.
- Evaluates suppliers’ performance annually.
Minimum Qualifications
- With at least 2 years related work experience in HR, office administration, and purchasing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results, service and detail-oriented, analytical, can function well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Fast-learner and adaptable
