Job Description

  • Oversees the clinics’ day to day operational functions and delivery of excellent quality healthcare service to corporate clients aligned with AC Health’s objectives and core values.
  • Responsible for monitoring expenses, reviewing and delivering a budget and be accountable for the profit and loss of the business operation.
  • Implements new ways of managing corporate health such as proactive patient outreach, conversion to generics, digital operations.
  • Plans clinic/care team schedules across the Vigos Clinics network.
  • Co-manages relationship with clients making sure their needs are being addressed.
  • Regular update on clinic performance and timely resolution of issues and concerns
  • Implement a quality assurance checklist across all clinics.
  • Works with the technology team to develop new functionality and reports across the Vigos systems.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing healthcare delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies. Continually monitors operations programs and physical properties. Initiates appropriate changes.
  • Directs and supervises all clinic management activities through the clinic staff. Provides coaching and advice on a regular basis.
  • Establishes objectives and measurements related to staffing and performance standards, job classification and descriptions, as well as compliance with the government regulations.
  • Works with internal and external leaders and stakeholders in areas affecting clinic operations.
  • Maintains professional affiliations and enhances professional growth and development to keep current in the latest trends in clinic administration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of any allied medical course.
  • At least 3 years of executive level and administration experience preferably gained from the same industry or in a healthcare institution.
  • Knowledge in basic computer, i.e. MS Applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Planning, organizational and people management skills
  • Approachable, conversant and tactful in dealing with people
  • Result-oriented, customer focused
  • Self-starter, creative with critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Can handle multiple projects and work efficiently and independently
