Job Description
The Creative Associate is responsible for the creative development of a content (covers but not limited to film and series), from pre-production to post-production.
Under the supervision of senior CA, CS, and CM, the CA will be responsible for;
- drafting the creative development timetable
- facilitating in the administrative and creative aspects of brainstorming sessions
- organizing and leading brainstorming sessions with fellow CAs and/or brainstormers
- assisting in the development and revision of concepts, storylines, sequence treatments and scripts
- giving comments, feedback, and suggestions on the edited rushes, rough cut, and final cut of main picture
- giving comments on the music and audio mix of the main picture
- assisting the unit in all other related creative concerns of the project

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- With or without relevant experience
- Excellent in oral and written communication (both in English and Filipino)
- Dedicated in pursuing a career in film
- Interested in filmmaking and storytelling
