Job Description

Talent handler is responsible for the master calendar of artist bookings and engagements. Is also responsible for the implementation of the strategic plans and initiatives for CAM from sourcing of talents, management, training and development.

Responsibility to ABS-CBN Films:

  • Manages, prepares, and updates the Master Calendar of artists for all inquiries (bookings, schedules, go-sees, shoots, tapings, and other activities)
  • Coordinates with ABS-CBN Films (Star Cinema, Black Sheep, Cinebro, Cinemaone, OTT) and other subsidiaries for possible bookings
  • Negotiates and deals with clients, producers, and other shows or endorsements
    • TF of Talent
    • Scope of work (role or concept)
    • Other logistics and info
  • Ensures that the requirements needed for every work has been discussed clearly to artist
  • Ensures that the artist performs all scheduled activities and requirements
  • Requests contract from Legal and facilitates the routing and signing of all signatories
  • Accompanies artist in all official engagements
  • Act as a representative of Artist and ABS-CBN Films under CAM unit
  • Promotes harmonious business relationship with artist and their representatives (Parents, personal PA's)
  • Ensures compliance to the company policies and guidelines
  • Performs other tasks may be assigned


  • Arranges all requirements needed for each Go See day, including coordination with the designated venues and other requirements
  • Coordinate with New Media Team for the camera requirement and 1 staff to be assigned as videographer
  • Coordinates with different talent suppliers for the character or role required for go see
  • Coordinates with creative team for necessary materials for the go see (scripts, etc.)
  • Delivery of reports/feedback after each go see to immediate superior

Training Period

  • Arranges all requirements needed for each training day, including coordination with the designated venues and other requirements
  • Monitors the daily schedule of the trainees and ensures its competition
  • Works in partnership with the coaches to ensure the timely execution of each training and curriculum
  • Ensures the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the trainees
  • Due diligence in reporting immediate concerns of the Trainees to Immediate Superior
  • Delivery of a weekly presentation of the Trainees' training progress to Immediate Superior
  • Monitor the social status accounts of the talents

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good multi-tasker (will handle 5 to 8 talents at a time)
  • Has an eye for a potential talent
  • Has digital know-how
  • Willing to work long hours
  • Willing to relocate and to travel locally and internationally
  • In good physical condition and a positive disposition
  • Basic knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must
  • Experience in handling teens and kids
  • Communication Arts or Psychology graduates are preferred
  • Pleasing personality
