Events and Guestings Coordinator  

The Events and Guestings Coordinator is responsible for the close coordination of artists, handlers and managers’ schedules for the advertising and promotional events and activities in adherence to timelines and planned activities for the project.

Develop, conceptualize and brainstorm with Star Cinema’s promotional team for the promotional and marketing requirements of specific projects of Star Cinema including identification of creative and logistical requirements for the pre-launch, launch and post-event activities of the projects.

Documentation, reporting and updating on tasks completed related to the services including performance of related administrative work such as preparation and monitoring of requests for payment for suppliers, billing, payments and deliverables.

In particular, the Services shall include the following:

• Coordinate schedules of artists, handlers and managers for the promotional and marketing activities of each project, in adherence to timelines and planned activities.
• Execute each approved advertising and promotional events and activities including various guesting, campaigns or presentations.
• Ensure Cash Advance monitoring and liquidation for all events & guesting requirements.

• Graduate of Communication Arts, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Advertising or any related course.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interested in Filmmaking
• Online savvy, familiar with the basic social media platforms
• Knowledgeable in basic photo and video editing
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Preferably with extensive exposure to Events Management;
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
• At least 1 year of related work experience in the media industry-Events/Digital and other Non-traditional (Cross-promotional) platforms.
