Interaction Design Analyst (UI/UX) | For pooling  

The Interaction Design Analyst will be responsible for providing creative, stylish and compelling user interfaces for both web and other application platforms that enhance solution adoption by making it simple to use and deliver the best online user experience. This position will focus on designing graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, forms and widgets.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Identify design problems and device elegant solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, Low-Fidelity, High-Fidelity Design and Interactive Prototype to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Likewise ensure the technical feasibility of the UI / UX design.
• Determine information architecture (hierarchy, organization, navigation, search) and build page navigation buttons and search fields.
• Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs and widgets.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate user designs. Help conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Translating usability and field research findings into design improvements.

• Proven working experience as a UX designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Background in project management and research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software
• Graduate of BSc in Design, Computer Science, or any related field
