Job Description

Position Summary:
Supervise that the activities and visitor attention are carried out correctly, verifying the performance of attendant, the correct functioning of equipment, availability of supplies and tools required for the operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise that the activities and visitor attention are carried out correctly
  • Verify that the activities are done according to what is defined in the documentation
  • Supervise the attraction’s image in regards to cleanliness
  • Supervise the attendant’ attitude (smiles and attention)
  • Verify the equipment functioning and the infrastructure and, as necessary, make out Work Orders for their maintenance
  • Control the advancement and due dates of the work orders by means of a log, reporting weekly advancements to management
  • Check that the systems and computers are working correctly
  • Assign personnel according to daily assistance of attendant to cover any possible absences
  • Insure the right personnel and attendant’ uniform image
  • Attend and solve visitor complaints
  • Make the daily check list for attractions and supervise them personally to immediately solve any factor that might impede optimal operation
  • Verify that the material for each attraction is complete and enough for the daily operation and, if necessary, coordinate reposting by authorizing the delivery of warehouse materials
  • Buy materials in the case of warehouse existence failure, by requesting a cashier slip
  • Verify he writing of inventory and check lists for each attraction, done by the attendant
  • Major Internal and/or External Contracts
  • Internal – All park areas, Theming for the image implementation of intellectual property, commercial partners and ambience elements; Procurement for materials invoices; Scripts to receive training in activity executions; Backdrops and uniforms to insure the existence and upkeep of uniforms for attendants and scripts, and Treasury to make partial and final visitors activity achievement balances and sign cashier slips in case of deviations
  • External – attractions’ vendor/supplier
  • Scope of Supervisory / Management Responsibilities (if applicable)
  • Supervises a team of attractions attendants’ daily performance

Work Environment:

  • Combination of maximum field work and minimum Office Environment

Minimum Qualifications

  • Qualifications:
  • College degree or higher
  • 2 years of previous work related experience, preferably Theme Park or Hospitality operations
  • Demonstrated excellence in time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team fostered an environment
  • Ability to manage a group of staff
  • Ability to work on weekend and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Ability to conduct Inventory Management
  • Demonstrated Group management and control
