Job Description
- Assisting the Head, Physical Security Dept. in planning, organizing and implementing security programs, projects and other related activities;
- Assisting in formulating, implementing and conducting periodic reviews of security regulations and procedures that is compliant with pertinent laws and government regulations;
- Assisting in planning, organizing, equipping, training and supervising the performance of duties of security guards, security assistants, customer relations assistants and security system specialists;
- Conducting security risk assessments of company facilities;
- Formulating and monitoring implementation of facility security plans;
- Formulating and implementing management tools to monitor compliance and violations of security regulations; and
- Maintaining close coordination with appropriate HR departments and accounts relative to the strict implementation of the Employees Code of Conduct vis-a-vis violators of security regulations and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Should be highly-knowledgeable and proficient in security management; with at least eight (8) years experience in the field with at least three (3) years of supervisory level
- With good working knowledge in customer service
- Proficient in formulation and implementation of security training programs and security contingency plans, in the conduct of security risk assessment, and in the preparation of security risk assessment reports
- With excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications
