Job Description

Creative Direction and Production Management:

  • Provides the creative directions and manages all projects and campaigns including sub-brand identities such as new product launches.
  • Develops creative and powerful visual designs and campaigns to effectively promote and support the overall brand and strategic plan.
  • Oversees the development of design concepts and execution of creative materials.
  • Provides the direction on the type of marketing collaterals to be used such as catalogues, print ads, digital posts, and other collaterals.
  • Develops and designs digital concepts for social media sites, websites and other online platforms and activities.
  • Develops creative timelines, tracking reports, and obtains the appropriate approvals for all creative assets and visual communication needs.
  • Develops and maintains a robust image library of unique photos and video resources including original agency assets as well as stock images.
  • Introduces and implements improvements and enhancements for creative work flow procedures.
  • Maintains the overall look and feel of the visual as a brand in all its various retail channels.
  • Ensures that high quality standards of creative production are upheld and consistently applied in all print materials, web-based projects, and communications tools throughout all stages of production.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Directs, manages, mentors, and leads dedicated designer groups across multiple disciplines and categories by introducing and providing key concepts, strategies and brand positioning as well as new and innovative methods of creative execution.
  • Ensures that the creative team consistently delivers all projects in a timely manner whilst still maintaining the overall look and feel of visual and verbal brand standards.
  • Builds a highly effective team that demonstrates consistent and exceptional performance, upholds the integrity of branding standards and are seen as key resources to the company

Strategic Marketing, Communications, Advertising, and Promotions, PR, and Publicity

  • Provides 360-degree branding and marketing strategies for all brands and product initiatives.
  • Plans and develops effective marketing campaigns to promote the marketing initiatives to appropriate target markets and audiences.
  • Ensures that department plans are in alignment with the business planning process to achieve sales and marketing goals.
  • Develops new and innovative ideas for all marketing collateral and online initiatives.
  • Develops and implements promotional strategies and dynamic visual marketing plans to in accordance with the objectives set by management (target market, materials, budget) to effectively enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Is responsible for Media-based Promotions, PR & publicity as well as artist relations for all products of the group.
  • Conveys design concepts to various internal and external audiences and provides consultation for various communication and messaging needs.
  • Conducts supplier / vendor selection and maintains strong relationships with external suppliers for printing, promotional items, digital marketing services, photographers, and other related services (both with ABS-CBN and its external suppliers) and ensures the best possible terms and rates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in design, brand development, and project management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of graphic design fundamentals, print and web capabilities, as well as marketing and advertising principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong people, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Able to keep clients and staff satisfied.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and independently.
