Job Description

This role is responsible for the development, management, and implementation of key initiatives and campaigns emanating from the Digital Customer Lifecycle strategies of ABS-CBN Corporation’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Division:

  • CRM Platform Management: Responsible for customer lifecycle management, overall platform operations, content management for the CRM Division’s emerging e-commerce platform.
  • Customer Lifecycle Campaign Management: Drive customer engagement with the ABS-CBN brand and content by leveraging customer behavioral and transactional data to deliver relevant lifecycle strategies and campaigns across multiple touch points, with the end goal of increasing customer value and transforming prospects and advocates.
  • Project Management and Execution: Collaborates with various business and support units in delivering the objectives of the CRM Division.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration/ Business Management/ Commerce/ Economics or related courses.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or CRM / CLM (Customer Lifecycle Management.
  • Digital-savvy, with knowledge and experience in Web and mobile applications content management and optimization, digital marketing campaign management, digital media, social media, and digital analytics.
  • Solid project management skills – with proven ability to drive projects from start to completion overcoming obstacles by influencing others to achieve goals.
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrates creativity in visual design and copywriting.
  • Competent skills in MS Excel reports and MS PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent analytical skills; able to derive insights from numbers and data.
