Job Description
- Conducts regular set inspection during fabrication, set-up, dismantle and turn-over of set
- (Non-Narrative and Narrative) to ensure that set construction was implemented as per the
- agreed specifications and in accordance with the safety standards.
- Ensure compliance to safety requirements during set-up and dismantle.
- Monitor, evaluate and ensure that all work is being carried out safely.
- Provide assistance in Post Evaluation.
- Assist in evaluation of contractor’s billing.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent in relevant work experience. Preferably, possess at least Professional License or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience is required. Preferably, with work related experience in this field.
- With comprehensive knowledge on the construction process and methods of set construction.
- Highly analytical, strong leadership qualities, keen an eye for details and quality of work.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective plans and strategies.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Responsible, pro-active, dynamic, hardworking and willing to work beyond regular hours and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal relation and work ethics.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.
- Can work immediately.
