Custodian, Technical Facilities Management  

The Custodian for Technical Facilities Management facilitates and monitors the warehouse operations and ensuring the proper implementation of processes in the unit. Accountable for the safe-keep of equipment in the assigned warehouse unit. Oversee the proper processing, documentation, handling, and storage of warehouse equipment under their custody as well as managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of the warehouse staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs custodianship functions as required by the unit assigned to:
  • Validate requests and coordinate with TV Prod or TOD or concerned division when needed
  • Perform physical receipt and issuance of equipment
  • Maintenance of office area orderliness and cleanliness
  • Opening and closing of Floor Areas
  • Monitoring of all warehouse activities
• Monitors warehouse personnel to ensure proper processing, documentation, handling and storage of equipment.
• Reviews, validates all system and paper transactions in the warehouse operations of the assigned unit.
• Conducts physical inventory of equipment under custody of the section.
• Assists in Inventory Planning and Control activities to:
  • Identify and address risks and problems in the operational procedures
  • Detect inadequacies in current system and suggest improvements
  • Identify and recommend action to be taken on assets that may be redeployed, retired, or disposed
• Generates, prepares, and reviews transactional reports and presentations needed by the section.
• Provides requisitions of appropriate materials, spare part and supplies use in operation and maintenance of all equipment.
• Recommends and implements section’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Performs additional duties as may be assigned.

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or as Warehouse/Inventory
• With working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, familiar with asset and warehouse management systems
