Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth operations of digital ad campaign implementation
  • Plan, develop and organize implementation policies and processes to support sales objectives
  • Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns such as direct ads and house ads
  • Help Sales Managers, Account Executives and Sales Strategist in creating opportunities in selling and pricing strategy
  • Manage the ad server and partnership with the provider
  • Efficiently operate ad server tools and dashboard to ensure reliable display ad delivery
  • Directly coordinate all digital ad operations concerns to Sales & Marketing and other concerned teams
  • Oversee the ad tag implementation to ensure reliable display delivery on various digital properties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
  • At least 2 years of experience in Advertising Operations and/or familiarity with Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (GAM/GAM360/DFP, Google Ad Words, Facebook Audience Network, etc) is required
  • Proven ability to implement process and work-flow across a scaling company
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized with a high level of commitment and follow through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Must be able to collaborate well within a team environment as well as work independently
  • With knowledge on basic HTML editing; familiar with JavaScript code and/or third-party ad tags
  • Ability to speak and present before vendors, clients and fellow employees
  • Understanding of digital technologies
  • Strong understanding of targeted display/ video, retargeting, and mobile marketing advertising campaigns
  • Knowledgeable in Excel and PowerPoint
