Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospecting, coordination and closing deals with possible Industry Partners for establishments, activities and programs of KidZania Manila
- Create proposals and give presentations to possible Industry Partners to raise awareness on the concept of KidZania and how it complements the mission & vision of the prospect Industry Partner
- Share feedback and address barriers in closing deals with possible Industry Partners
- Maintain constant communication with each prospect Industry Partners and/or its agencies and monitor possible participation in KidZania Manila (such as news, updates, additional data/information, new programs)
- Execute and monitor project/s of the newly acquired Industry Partners prior to the opening of establishment/start of program (contracts, construction, activity development, trainings, launch event, etc.)
- Coordinate with both KidZania Manila internal teams and Industry Partner for specifications and final direction on establishment / program
- Turn-over to Retention Team after opening of establishment
- Cultivate a performance driven and customer centric culture
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / Marketing or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in an advertising agency or related industry
- Experience in account handling, development and project management of key accounts and sponsorships
- Experience in strategy development to execution of finished product
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
