Job Description
Responsible for the overall supervision of the day to day activities and its staff to support the warehousing operations of the Technical Facilities Management unit. Responsible for the proper processing, documentation, handling, and storage of warehouses equipment resources such as lighting, audio and camera/video equipment under the custody of their unit.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises Custodian on duty, including:
- Checking of submitted inventories and breakage reports
- Organizing their shifting schedules
- Ensure proper processing, documentation, handling and storage of equipment
- Reviews and evaluates all Resource Management System (RMS) transactions and paper transactions in the warehouse operations of the assigned unit
- Conducts physical inventory management, processes cycle counting, and annual physical count of lighting, audio, camera/video equipment, and its accessories.
- Identifies, analyzes, and recommends non-moving/obsolete equipment and accessories for disposal.
- Regularly inspects warehouse premises to be sure that equipment is properly stored in conformity with the standard warehousing procedures
- Assists in budget preparation; monitor approved department budget and assists in the preparation of variance explanation/update
- Monitors and evaluates the performance of subordinates. Recommends developmental activities and disciplinary actions if necessary
- Recommend and implement section's policies, procedures, and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Graduate of any Business Management or Engineering course

Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in warehousing or as Warehouse/Inventory
