Job Description

Developing creative experiential marketing execution concepts for ABS-CBN Sports Properties

  • Detailed planning and management of network and client-initiated activities.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements & requirements (venue, suppliers etc)
  • Participate and assist in alignment and prep-rod meetings for on ground activation with ​CMG and Sales
  • Prepare concept decks for ABS-CBN Sports projects.
  • Development of production timelines

Champion On-Ground Execution

  • Event Planning & Execution
  • Pitch innovative on ground execution & digital activation across all properties
  • Actively conduct research on the latest Event trends for Mobile, SNS and on ground
  • Ensure efficient execution of Sponsors on ground values

Client Relationship Management & Communication

  • Attend pre-prod meetings/Brainstorm session
  • Cascade event details & Identify merchandising opportunities for sponsors.
  • Negotiate with venue or partners to maximize branding opportunities for ABS-CBN Sports and clients
  • Documentation of on-ground execution and merchandising values of sponsors.

Budget Management

  • Plan & Prepare for the annual budget
  • Track sports calendar implementation vs budget
  • Monitor P&L/Sponsorship revenues

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2-4 year(s) of working experience in brand management and activations is required for this position, preferably in an established company (media agency or multinational company)
  • Required skill(s): Events and Promotions Management, Brand Management, Negotiation Skills, Documentation Skills
  • Exposure or apparent interest in Sports
