Job Description
- Implements maintenance activities as assigned and planned
- Responds to emergency calls, deployed on-site for restoration activities as needed
- Guides/assists Operations on Level 1 restoration/correction of systems either thru phone call or email
- Furnishes corresponding documents prior and after deployment
- Prepares and submits Technical Reports for every maintenance activity, preventive or corrective/restoration
- Makes sure every maintenance activity meets ABS-CBN standards and workmanship
- Makes technical assessment and recommendations based on field observations as needed for systems improvement
- Integrates, tests, commissions system installations and upgrades
- Makes studies, research, technical assessment and recommendations based on field observations as needed fir systems improvement
- Performs any other related duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a licensed Electronics Engineer. CCNA is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, MS Visio, Linux OS and Coverage Mapping softwares
- Must be experienced in networking and in TCP/IP, Network Topologies and Network protection schemes
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Anaog and Digital Microwave system and Satellite Transmission System
- Must have at least 2 years' related work experience in bradcsting industry
- Must be familiar with broadcast and communication facilities and equipment
- Can speak and write technical reports
- Must be willing to travel, work in shifts and long hours
- Desmonstrated excellence in time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team fostered environment
- Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
- Abilty to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Must be willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija and/or Dagupan
