Job Description

  • Comes up with a strategic marketing plan taking into account the advertiser’s objectives, target market and how ABS-CBN digital can effectively address the advertiser’s objectives.
  • Knowledgeable and excellent in client servicing and project management.
  • Must have great creative and strategic thinking and evaluation.
  • Should be familiar and articulate in handling digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ensures delivery of quality output from ABS-CBN Digital collaborations with advertiser.
  • Preferable with digital marketing and digital media planning experience with the ability to develop digital campaigns including all aspect of digital media and align with overall integrated marketing strategy.
  • Monitoring and analysis of day-to-day reports and standard customized post-campaign reports.
  • Keeps up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments.
  • Given the dynamic nature of digital, new initiatives may be assigned to the lead to champion and ensure end-to-end implementation.
  • The lead may also be assigned to oversee the digital media buying and planning for ABS-CBN’s advertiser campaigns on social or Google.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 solid years of experience in a digital advertising agency, digital company, client side, or consumer services company
  • Has creative and strategic skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with knowledge on how to utilize multiple media touchpoints
  • Must enjoy presenting and has a knack for storytelling
  • Notable leadership skills, can steer projects and manage people
  • Strong understanding of ROI-oriented integrated marketing and advertising model
  • Must have grit and the ability to thrive despite ambiguity
  • Excellent character and a teamplayer
  • Humble and flexible enough to thrive even in difficult situations
  • Exhibits servant leadership
