ICT Governance Analyst  

Governance and Management Framework Setting
Develop, analyze and articulate the requirements for the governance of enterprise IT, and put in place and maintain effective enabling structures, principles, processes and practices, with clarity of responsibilities and authority to achieve the mission, goals and objectives of the organization. The IT Governance Analyst shall ensure that:

• Strategic decision-making model for IT is effective and aligned with the enterprise’s internal and external environment and stakeholder requirements.
• An effective set of policies is defined, maintained and communicated.
• Assurance is obtained that the governance system for IT is operating effectively.

Risk Management
Identify, assess and reduce IT-related risk within levels of tolerance. The IT Governance Analyst shall ensure that:

• IT-related risk is identified, analyzed, managed and reported.
• A current and complete risk profile exists
• All significant risk management actions are managed and under control.
• Risk management actions are implemented effectively.

Control Assessment and Assurance
Monitor and evaluate the control environment, including self-assessments and independent assurance reviews. The IT Governance Analyst shall ensure that:

• Processes, resources and information meet enterprise internal control system requirements, laws, regulations and contractual requirements.
• All assurance initiatives are planned and executed effectively.
• Independent assurance that the system of control is operational and effective is provided.
• Internal control and external compliance requirements are established and deficiencies are identified and reported.

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, or other Information and Communication Technology-related course
• At least 2 years work experience or combined experience in IT Governance, Risk management, Audit and compliance
• Should have in-depth knowledge and application of governance and risk frameworks and best practices
• Should be knowledgeable in process improvement, design thinking, agile, and project management methodology
• Certifications such as ITIL, COBIT, CISA, CRISC, and other relevant IT Governance frameworks are a plus
• Should have in-depth understanding of IT core processes and methodology
