Job Description

  • Monitor ad network revenues in a daily basis
  • Provide report on trending of revenues and recommendations
  • Communicate and provide ad network partners a report on their performance and fill rates on our platform. Provide recommendations if applicable.
  • Facilitate the implementation/integration of ad network partners
  • Proactively look for new Ad Network Partners
  • Proactively seek new campaigns from existing Ad Network Partners
  • Coordination of Contracts and IOs
  • Evaluate each Partnership based on Internal Guidelines
  • Send AdOps and/or AO Tags/Scripts, Steps and Guides for Implementation
  • Weekly Revenue Reports (every Mondays)
  • Monthly Performance Reports (1st week of next Month) including Fill Rates, eCPM rates
  • Send Request for Monthly Billing to Finance
  • Focus on crafting Ad Network Strategies and Monitor these strategies
  • Liaise with the partner even for tech-related issues to centralize communications and to avoid any confusion
  • Request for approval / Site owners for the partners
  • To trigger Sales and Marketing AO for approval of new partner/ new ad units that would entail UI / UX analysis
  • Present clear and actionable recommendations to LOBs and DMD
  • Responsible for enter and test advertising rates and discount programs.
  • Input and process advertising contracts; accurately assigning rates and ad tiers
  • Assist with generating billing for all advertising revenue
  • Assist sales organization with ad order entry and rating
  • Perform advertising research and assist with resolving unapplied balances
  • Input advertising adjustments
  • Help resolve rating errors
  • Field incoming calls with billing questions
  • Customer service to sales reps and external subscribers/advertisers
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
  • 1-year previous work-related experience required
  • Strategic recommendations of ad network and can give recommendations on programmatic game plan given historical and current performance
  • Results driven
  • Project management skills required with the involvement of more working teams Sales and Marketing Accounts, LOB Accounts, Strat, BI, and Ops teams as needed to implement the strategies
  • Technical skill level is required - understanding of DFP and various Ad Networks and how they operate—to be able to send tags, scripts, implementation guides and assist in troubleshooting
  • General skills: Manage revenue reports, presentation skills
  • Passionate and go-getter; Must have great interest in the field of digital marketing, most especially the ins and outs of the digital inventory ecosystem
