Job Description
To assist the Leasing Manager in the administration of leases, evaluation of prospective merchants and processing of merchants requests, all working within the financial parameters set by management.
Administration
- Preparation, documentation, release and monitoring of lease documents
- Preparation of Award Letters and Renewal Letters
- Billing of all existing and new leases
- Ensures proper and complete filing of all lease related documents and communications
- Lease Contract preparation and notarization
- In-charge of Special Budget Report preparation, Requisition Slip, disbursement and other payment-related reports
- Regularly updates the House Rules, Design Guidelines and Construction Guidelines in coordination with other teams as the case may require
Merchant Relations
- Handling of merchant requests and issues
- Participate in the one-on-one meetings with merchants
- Coordination with IT Team for updating of website related to Commercial operations
- Facilitate the issuance of various permits
Merchandise Mix
- Evaluate space applications
- Assist in the selection of appropriate merchandise mix and leasing of Commercial leasing projects
- Entertain / handle inquiries from space applicants
- Preparation of reply letters
- Encoding of space applications to the database
- Preparation of Proposal Letters
Financial
- Preparation of CLT-related budget and operate within said budget
- Prepares lease occupancy updates and lease monitoring
- Inform Audit Department for terminated and closed accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of four-year management or any related course .
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience.
