Job Description
The Applications Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of applications software of AboitizLand; ensuring that the technical approaches and solutions shall support and enhance the business processes, and are in accordance with company standards. His/her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Developing the software applications on-specs, on quality, and on-time
- Documenting all technical specifications of the software such as but not limited to DataFlow, System Flow & Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD)
- Complying to software development life cycle as well other software development methodologies/best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of B.S. IT / B.S. Computer Engineering or four-year IT related courses
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as web or application programmer for medium to large-scale systems with hands-on programming background
- Experience in applications developments (windows and web-based applications);
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can immediately start for work
