Job Description
The position is responsible for conducting Civil, Architectural and Structural Quantity Surveying Planning works, such as cost preparation, cost review , value engineering, evaluations and preparation of final account. Specifically:
- Derives an efficient Cost Plan
- Assists the QS/Project team in recommending probable solutions on how to achieve the desired budget cost
- Establishes a Standard Cost Data Base as reference to current and incoming projects
- Attends to project review and coordination meeting with the project team and consultants
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer with minimum of 5 years experience in Civil/Architectural/Structural - quantity surveying
- Proficient in MS Office and basic Autocad
- Can do multi-tasking, handle multiple projects and work pressure
- Can report to work ASAP
