Job Description
Responsible in handling the administrative work of the Sales Team. Also provides clerical support to agents and brokers during the sales process. Particularly, he/ she will do the following:
- Ensures that reservations are booked in SAP accurately and on time
- Review any discrepancies with the Buyer and Seller Documents. Oversees the completion of Buyer;s Requirements/ Folders
- Generates sales reports as needed
- Monitor and manage team expenditures
- Provide secretarial help as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably, with experience/ background in administrative work and customer service in Real Estate industry
- With experience in using SAP
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Keen with details necessary for the admin work
- Able to proactively develop good customer relationship and able to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
