Job Description
- Responsible for providing support to the HRQ Supervisor in the implementation of HR programs on recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits, in accordance with Company policies and procedures and in compliance with government mandated regulations.
- Review requisition forms from requesting departments to determine qualifications and competencies required for candidates to fill vacant positions, sources and hires qualified candidates.
- Responsible for the preparation of new hire work requirement, announcement, as well as the scheduling of on-boarding activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2-years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Behavioral Science preferably Psychology
- With wide knowledge and understanding of company's HR policies and procedure
- With Knowledge and understanding of government-mandated benefits, rulings, and regulations
- Interpersonal relations skills
- Communication skills, both oral and written
- Planning and coordination skills
- Use of MS Office application
