Job Description
The AP Processor is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation and processing of accounts payable for invoices with PO or Non-PO or standard billings.
He/ She is responsible for ensuring the PO/Invoice matching for documents received are in accordance with the payment terms and paid on time.
The AP Processor is required to prepare the summary of payments for funding weekly including processing payments for check writing and submits the same to the Accounting Manager.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, preferrably CPA
- With atleast 1 year experience in any related field preferrable in a manufacturing company
- Working knowledge of Accounting principles and full accounting cycles, basic knowledge in Oracle is an advantage
- With good analytical skills
- Timely, accuracy and attention to details, (TAT)
