Job Description
The HR Specialist is responsible in coordinating and implementing policies and procedures in recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, as well as labor and employee relations and in other areas in Human Resource Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or any related field of study.
- At least 2 years related work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PPT.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
