Job Description
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Boiler and Turbine-Generator operations and related activities during an assigned shift, following established work procedures as well as equipment, safety, and environmental parameters to ensure the safe, reliable, stable, and environmentally compliant generation of specified steam and power.
This position’s area of responsibility covers boilers, turbine-generators, standby gen-set unit, Water treatment systems, compressors, and all plant related auxiliaries.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): technical knowledge in coal power generation plant operations, knowledge and application of safety and environmental laws and regulations, leadership and interpersonal skills, administrative and coordinating skills, ability to communicate orally and in writing., MS Office.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Therma South,Inc. Binugao,Toril,Davao City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Electrical/ Mechanical
