The incumbent job entails providing comprehensive administrative support to HR operations of the Business Unit. He/she ensures the efficient delivery and compliance to established policies of recruitment processes, the accuracy of employee data records, facilitate employee engagement activities, administer training and development programs including other human capital optimization projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Implements and facilitates learning initiatives to ensure company programs meet or exceed contemporary industry training standards and best methodologies for training delivery such as info session, onboarding program for new hires, back to basics info campaign programs, in line with the organization and individual needs.
Implement training programs that will develop the behavioral and technical competencies of employees including working with department heads to identify specific training needs within each department and facility.
Evaluate and monitor the development and effectiveness of the training programs.
Implements the Company’s Organizational Development plans and policies.
Prepares Job Description and other organizational requirements to meet the business need.
Assist in the implementation of Performance Management System and its related function.
Assists in the communication of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements and organization human resource reports.
Involved in project research and development programs of Human Resource in relation to the organization requirement.
Develop, organizes and implement employee engagement activities.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
