Stakeholder Relations and Compliance Specialist | Project Hire | For Benguet  

Will be responsible for providing the necessary support and assistance for the acquisition of various permits; acquisition of lands and right of ways needed for power projects; support needed for the technical team.

General

• In the absence of his/her Supervisor, represents the SRC in public consultations, meetings, and forums.
• Prepares necessary documents for the application and processing of permits and clearances.
• Receives and reports to the SRC Supervisor the complaints and problems affecting project implementation.
• Ensures that all incoming and outgoing documents are properly controlled and maintained.
• Handles incoming and outgoing inquiries, mail, and courier packages and coordinates distribution to appropriate stakeholders.
• Attends the complaints and problems directly brought to the attention of the department; and in coordination with the concerned department, directly or indirectly undertakes necessary inspection, verification, assessment, and/or negotiation; and thereafter prepares and submits report/s.
• Regularly attend Project Development meetings to report updates.
• Coordinates with concerned government offices, officials, and personnel the complaints and problems affecting project implementation.
• Resolves complaints and coordinates with other government offices concerning land issues affecting project implementation.

Land Management

• Initiates the preparation and notarization of Special Power of Attorney, Contracts of Lease, Quit claims, Deeds of Sale, and other related legal documents as required.
• As directed by the Team Leader, gather required documentation for screening, land due diligence, right of way, land acquisition, and conversion processes from landowners and government agencies.
• Assists and/or directly participates in negotiations with landowners affected by the proposed or ongoing projects. Initiates the preparation and processing of requests for payments due lot rentals, crop or property damages, and payments for permits/clearances; including the release of the same to concerned parties after duly recording them.

Community Relations and Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Assist the supervisors/managers in coordinating meetings with officers of Government agencies, LGUs, and IPOs.
• As directed by TLs, performs stakeholder engagement activities to certain stakeholders.
• Supports and performs necessary activities for the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects and that these are implemented on time and within the budget
• Prepares Memorandum of Agreements (MOA), Deeds of donation, Deeds of acceptance, Contract of Work, and other CSR-related documents.

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder
• With a background in stakeholder management and community development
• Preferably with a background in ParaLegal
• With at least one (1) year of related work experience
