Job Description

This position oversees the different areas in Talent Retention which includes Compensation and Benefits Management, System management and maintenance.

Compensation Management

  • Supervises Payroll, Timekeeping and Final Pay process and ensures that it is done in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performs Annual Merit Increase, 14th month pay, and other company bonuses with AVP HR
  • Collaborates with Controllership and Payroll Provider team on Payroll and Tax annualization concerns
  • Ensures that all statutory requirements related to employee compensation ( i.e. Tax Annualization, Annual ITR etc.) are complied with

Benefits Administration

  • Ensures accurate administration and implementation of company and statutory benefits. (e.g. HMO Utilization Review, HMO, GPA and Clinic Management Contract Renewal, HMO and GPA Annual Enrollment)
  • Creates and provides structure to HR Operations on Occupational Health and Benefit Programs
  • Provides necessary updates on new statutory benefit policies and processes.

HR Systems

  • Oversees Management and Maintenance of Human Resource Management Systems
  • Handles Salary Management from appointment to movements in HRMS
  • Handles salary data upload in HRMS

Others

  • Initiates and monitors BU-wide implementation of Code of Discipline
  • Conducts periodic review and recommends improvements on policies and procedures through regular review and evaluation of current practices and standards.
  • Prepares report and updates tracker related to Compensation and Benefits and HR Systems (e.g. FOM, Opscom)
  • Performs other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • With at least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Leadership: at least 1 year experience
  • Project experience: at least 1 year experience
  • Graduate of a Bachelor ‘s/College Degree in BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Engineering or any related course.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
