Job Description
Assist the Project Manager on preparing related project documents such us but to limited to: Monthly Progress Report, Project Risk Management, and Project Photo Documentation; and administrative support to the project
- Coordinate and monitor routed documents forwarded to and released by the Project Manager
- Coordinate with the Design Head on the status of the reviewed and approved shop drawings submitted by the contractor, as be furnished to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with the Design Head, Construction Head, and Planning Cost Procurement and Contracts Supervisor on the preparation of the BOQ Assessment report
- Assist the Project Manager on preparing related project documents such as us but to limited to: Monthly Progress Report, Project Risk Management, and Project Photo Documentation
- Assist the Project Manager on monitoring project progress through preparing maps, tables, graphs, etc. to facilitate analysis on schedule, budget, and quantity
- Coordinate with Planning Cost Procurement & Contracts Supervisor for the update of project schedules; maintain and produce the latest version, as reference of the Project Manager
- Coordinate with Documents Controller and Planning Cost Procurement & Contracts Supervisor in preparing and updating the Construction HUB
- Keep records of attended appointments of the Project Manager
- Facilitate and prepare lessons learned in coordination with all the teams
- Take minutes and prepare a registry of weekly/bimonthly/monthly progress meetings
- Keep copy and registry of all inter project team meetings and to the Project Manager any items critical to the project objectives as discussed in the meeting
- Maintains systematic filing of all records, documents and reports pertaining to assigned tasks
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering or related field
- Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good presentation skills
- Preferably with related work experience
- 1 vacant position available in Kibungan, Benguet
