Job Description
- Assistance in Project activities, such as but not limited to:
- Extract data from the current Oracle system.
- Provide data in the requested format to the Oracle team (responsible for formatting and cleansing data).
- Perform correct import data mapping.
- Validate and reconcile imported data.
- Can cover the work of F&A Team during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Training of the Project in order not to disrupt the MOB especially during month-end closing.
- Assist in ongoing projects of CTR that will simplify and/or automate the existing process
- Participates in the delivery of key improvement opportunities from the Accounting and Finance and technology roadmaps
- Clean and improve records management
- Help out in the preparation and cascade of advisories
- Act as systems SME for Oracle, Hyperion, Optikus, Maximo, and Google Forms and Apps to ensure timely resolution of systems' issues.
- Perform assurance of master data and process compliance to ensure teams are executing the processes as we expect and that the data meet the definitions.
- Conduct process and control design evaluations and control walk-throughs
- Ensure that policies and procedures are updated and aligned with the current processes.
- Able to create Technical modules that will help strengthen org capacity in terms of accounting and financial
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Has knowledge of Financial and Operational process, accounting standards and principles as well as compliance to government requirements when relevant
- Has knowledge of Financial and Operational Audit process and related frameworks
- Has knowledge of Philippine taxation, laws and rules applicable to the industry and the company
- At least 3 years work experience in related subject matter (preferably with experience in audit and in handling projects)
- Project Experience: At least 1 year or has led 1-2 projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant or relevant certifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
