Job Description
Will be responsible for providing assistance and support in the preparation of project proposals and implementation of CSR Projects.
- Assists the CSR Supervisor in the preparation of project proposals.
- Assists in the implementation of CSR Projects and ensures that these are implemented on time and within budget.
- Prepares Memorandum of Agreements, Deed of Donations, Deed of Acceptance, Contract of Work and other CSR related documents.
- Ensures timely submission of documentary requirements to Aboitiz Foundation.
- Assists LGUs in the availment of ER 1-94 Fund.
- Prepares monthly/annual CSR reports for submission to the CSR Supervisor/ Admin Manager.
- Maintains files related to his assigned duties.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder
- With good interpersonal and communication skills
- With a passion for reaching and helping the community
- Must be fascinated in travelling to various areas of Benguet, Mountain Province, and Ilocos Sur
- Preferably with related work experience
- 1 vacant position available in La Trinidad, Benguet
